About the event
Few mainline church leaders understand the operational life inside a non-denominational church, including their organizational management, marketing, and spiritual life. Frank de Gracia will take us inside, and talk story about his recent past of being on the core staff of one of these churches. Pew Research has identified patterns of church growth and decline in the United States, and the patterns are similar in Hawaiʻi. It is important to learn from different models of how to “do church,” as we seek to build our UCC tradition.
